-
Do I have to be an experienced yogi or meditator to participate? No, you will be guided through all the practices, they are very simple and easy to follow. Be open and willing.

I am not an artist, will this workshop be for people who already have artistic talent? These workshops are not about talent, or skill. They are process oriented. The workshops are meant for you to tune into your creative self and let that flow out of you in an authentic way. We will not be comparing, complimenting, or giving applause to any particular pieces of work.

Are the Sistership Circles like a witches coven? There are no "Black Magic" or evil spells cast during our circles. We do participate in rituals that help to open our hearts and minds to what is true for us. We also acknowledge that part of our sister wounding comes from the historic betrayal of each other during the 'burning times' or witch trials. Women were pressured into accusing one another to protect themselves from accusations of witchcraft and sorcery. Women who were skilled in the healing arts using plant and energy medicines were suspect and threatening to men who were doctors and person's of influence at the time. This all resulted in many thousands of women being burned, drowned, silenced and stopped. Many women hid their powers of intuitive healing and connection to the natural cycles of nature. This deep generational wound is something we as women all bear and can heal together.
