Forest Painting for Uplifted Consciousness

Join a supportive and nurturing group of women who wish to connect with their creative wisdom through meditation, yoga, chanting, movement and art. We gather in a lovely yurt under the forest canopy to awaken and sustain a flow state of creative energy within ourselves. We challenge limiting beliefs about ourselves and embrace our birthright as creators and nurturers. Outside under the shade of the forest we will begin to paint  from inspiration. You will be guided to continue to tune into your own intuition and will be supported by others to allow something truthful to emerge. 

These women will hold space for one another to express through movement, creative writing and drama the messages that our soul selves are conveying to us in the moment. After a closing circle, we will make our way through the cedars to the outdoor Café of Ananda Farm for a freshly made vegetarian…
